Default L76 Vs. L76

Question:

I've heard that there are two L76 intake manifolds. One is a truck/SUV intake and the other for cars. Likewise, I've heard that the L76 truck manifold makes more power. If that's true do you guys know if the L76 truck intake will clear the hood of a C6? Last but not least is porting the equilizer or is one still better after porting?

Thanks ahead of time car nuts, professional opinions greatly appreciated.

More like L92 truck vs L76/L98 car.
Yeah runners are longer on the truck so you get benefits there.
C6 you will need the car one to be sure.
Not sure on flow differences. Probably just the runner design, long and tall on the truck vs short and flat on the car.

I would guess the truck makes more torque at lower rpms with the longer runners but it is a much taller intake car intake may make more high rpm horsepower.

Thanks for the info on the intake not clearing the hood. Does anybody have any flow sheet, dyno #'s to compare and contrast?

I think he means the L76 aussie car intake vs the New 07 Vortec max truck 6.0L L76 which uses the L92 truck intake.
