For what it is worth>
The stock chamber is 69.8 cc per GM.
Lightly ported chamber measured ~70.2.
Milled .040 measured 63.8cc
Head guy said .040 is about as much as he would do, to allow for a light cleanup later. With my setup of -12 pistons I need .040 gasket to keep 11-1 CR.

I been Mechanic 30+ yrs and this is the worst time I ever had getting parts, ordering parts etc. UPS lost my heads and sent Push rods to OK instead of FL. Hope this info helps some one. This is one LOUDE BEAST, I think I will put stock moded air filter and Mufflers back on after Bradenton and retune.
I saw your thread on the HPTuners sit. I'll have to pick your brain @ Bradenton.

+1 on the difficulty getting parts. I'm wondering if it's a consequence of being an early adopter or just the holidays. I actually had less trouble getting parts for my '75 Saab. I ordered my heads and valves last weekend, neither has shipped yet. I was trying to get a set of Patriot springs while they're on sale, but I'm just gonna order them from wherever the best bottom line is.

I was hoping to get this together before spring arrives, but I guess I'll get there when I get there. Maybe I can get some dyno time, so I'll have the "before" numbers.
