Default L92 Cam with VVT?

I've seen that a few people are going with conventional cams and removing the VVT gear, but are any shops making grinds specifically for the L92 with VVT? I'm ready to cam this Denali, but I want to keep the VVT and go rather lumpy with the cam.

Also, anyone found a premium oil filter for the L92? The AC Delco is hard to get right now and the only alternative I've found is the STP S10060

Most people are dumping the AFM parts (lifters, solinoids, and cam).

Does the Denali even have VVT?
The VVT version of the L92 was only listed on the Escilades 408hp.
The Yukon Denali is listed at 380hp and only listing AFM. Unless they have changed that up as well...

From GM's site...

Caddy Escilade spec's list
Engine: Vortec high-output 6200 V8 with VVT and SFI
The Vortec high-output 6200 V8 with Variable Valve Timing and Sequential Fuel Injection delivers 403 hp and 417 lb.-ft. of torque.

GMC's Yukon Denali spec's list
Engine: Vortec 6200 V8 SFI with 380 hp
The Vortec 6200 V8 SFI generates 380 hp at 5700 rpm and 417 lb.-ft. of torque at 4300 rpm.

I don't think you have VVT in the denali.

The Sierra Denali does have VVT but not AFM.

6.2L V-8 (L92), with aluminum block and variable valve timing, rated at 400 hp (298 kW) and 417 lb.-ft. of torque (565 Nm)**. This engine is exclusive to Sierra Denali.

Is the 6.2L block cast with the necessary oil passages to support AFM?
Is that what the bosses in the attached picture is for?
