Two 5.3L Questions

Two 5.3L Questions I am new to LSx's, and I am mainly into offroading, but i am planning to swap a 5.3L into my Wrangler. I do however, have experience with racing, i have a 70 Nova with a 383 with AFR heads and two stages of nitrous.
First Question:
I have a 01 5.3L long block out of a suburban, it has the 706 heads, but is it the LM4 or LM7 engine or neither?
What are some good companies that make forged pistons for LSx's especially for the 5.3L with a raised pin height, for use with a Longer stroke crank, and longer rods?
