Default Need Help. Look Inside!

I just bought a ls2 longblock, I am putting it into my camaro which is set up for ls1. I need to know if I use all of my Ls1 covers and sensors? Do I need a different pcm? Or is there anything else I need to do? Any help would be appreciated!!
Thanks

Default You need some stuff!

The cam sensor is on the front of the engine. The knock sensors can be mounted on the side of the engine. You will need harness extensions for both of these.

You will need to keep the LS2 valley cover and you can use the Camaro's PCM and knock sensors. I'm not sure what esle you will need.

Do a search for LS2 swap. There is lots of good info in the LS2/LS7/L92 section.

What year is the LS2 motor ?

2005's used a 24 reluctor wheel 2006 used a 50 something reluctor. if you have a later motor you will need to change reluctor to work with PCM.
