curious Dont flame guys, just wondering, if im at a track, what would it take roughly speaking to atleast hang with if not beat an 06 GTO with flowaster 40 series mufflers and an X-pipe. Its an auto by the way and so im i. I figured id have some sticky tires by the time we went at it and ill have my headers on the car by then but dont know if ill beable to afford anything else. I put this in this section only because i figered the LS2 buffs with GTOs would be in here and im not to familier with this engine. I know its 400 at the crank, but what kind of power does this thing put down to the wheels? Oh and as far as the driver mod, he is a good driver, been wrenchin and driven goats since the 70s! 
I figure with headers it would atleast be close, with the edge to the goat due to afew more ponies under the hood to the wheels. what are they, like 360 to the wheels?

Look, for the most part these threads are impossible. But I'll tell you right now, the most basic and easiest way to figure out *VERY ROUGHLY* how fast you are going to be/how fast they are going to be is simply horsepower over weight.
