Interesting stuff this spring....L92 headed big cube NA motors, hopefully some FI/L92 400+cube motors, running 105 octane pump fuel....cheap power for a daily driver to be sure!
408/L92 with a D-1 & alky to be running in the next couple weeks.

I seriously doubt that 670 fwhp will make 600 to the wheels. Probably not even close, more like 570ish. Those are definetly great results though.

FWIW 670 FWHP = ~570 RWHP through a 6 speed (15% loss), 670 FWHP = ~536 RWHP through auto (20% loss).

The l92 heads for sure will not bolt onto the ls6 block because it has too small of a bore. As for the maggie bolting to the heads I dont think that would work either because they use a different intake.

Its based on a percentage of drivetrain reduction. As a rule of thumb with most of us, yes it works out to about 60hp +/- a few. But with numbers as high as these big cube guys are making, the number (percentage) eats a larger chunk of the number. Not sure if clarified or clouded the issue.

Example: 500 - 15%= 425hp (75hp loss) 1000 - 15%= 850hp (150hp loss)
