Well...if you use the LS2 manifold, you'll need the LS2 throttle body. The LS2s use the 90mm drive by wire throttle body used in the C6 vette, and GTO. They have a square 4 bolt pattern, compared to the triangular 3 bolt pattern found on the LS1/LS6.
