LS& clutch or Spec3+ clutch?

LS7 clutch or Spec3+ clutch? Which clutch for a 00+ model vette with a 408? I'm assuming I'll be in the 500-550 RWHP range. I've heard good news on both, but chatter on the spec sometimes. I've read a few post, but would like to hear some more opinions. The LS7 had a great price on it too. So, what do you guy's suggest?
