Default Stock LS2 cam suggestions

I am currently in the process of putting a stock LS2 from a GTO into a 69 Camaro. I know they are rated at 400 hp and i think 400 ft/tq also. I want some more power out of it. It is mainly a street car but will see some track use. I am looking for more low speed torque. I saw a couple threads on the L92 stuff and I might pursue this in the future. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is 480 ft/tq resonable from just a cam or not.

GM offers the 440/400 LS2 crate motor (LS2 longblock with carb manifold).

To get 480 ft of torque your going to need alot of aftermarket components, well that is if your looking for rear wheel torque -vs- flywheel torque.

If its only 480 flywheel torque your looking for then go to a carb manifold and a 22x/22x cam (+ spring upgrade) and you're pretty much done.
That is assuming you'll use a dual 2 1/2" exhaust system with an H or X pipe (go with the H it gives more of a muscle car sound).

To get 480 ft lbs of torque at the rear from a 364cu LS2... Aftermarket heads, Big cam (for a 6.0L anyway), and a Lump Idle... search Hellion cam + ETP or Hellion + AFR.

If you want to stay fuel injected get the LS2 manifold ported (ls2portworks or fastprom's come to mind for porting) or get a Fast 90/90... and 40lb or higher injectors (SVO 42's for the Fast or LS7 40's for the LS2).

Sorry should have put in more facts. I want to keep it injected. I have been looking at the L92 heads but I'm not sure if I want to do that yet. I was looking for at the wheel torque but if it is really that hard I might just have to go with the L92 stuff.
