Default Solid Roller or Hydraulic?

Well I'm about to start ordering the majority of my engine components. LSX block, crank, rods, pistons, etc. But I'm at a toss up when it comes to going hydraulic or solid roller. My fabricator is saying solid roller since the car is only going to see about 5,000 miles a year. And this way, being a twin turbo car, we can run a slightly larger cam and push the power band longer in the rpm range. What do you all suggest for a street car that won't see a ton of mileage? I'm not opposed to adjusting the rocker arms every couple thousand miles, but for engine noise, driveability, etc, what would be the benefit of both?

I'm going to be running Jesel rocker arms on LS7 heads, and I'm just trying to decide if the ability to spin it safely to 7000rpm is worth the extra....$2500 or so dollars for a solid roller setup. Valve covers should be easily accessible, since the headers are being built from scratch and can be adjusted for that reason.

Ideas? Suggestions?

If you don't plan on going much past 7K, there is no need to go solid roller. I am going to spin mine to ~7400 and I will be using a hydraulic setup. I am not buying Jesel's either. Stock rockers w/ Harland sharpe mod!!

Ah yes, these are the kinda things I need to know. How expensive are stock rockers though? They can't be much cheaper than the Jesels I wouldn't think. You get them from GM? What's the mod done to them too?

The stock rockers are $150 from GM and the Harland Sharpe Mod is $250 for a grand total of $400. As far as what the mod does:

There are people making 1000rwhp and turbo with stock Z06 cams..... so unless you are planning to make ludicrous power.... you don't need a solid roller....

I have an LS7 with Harlan Sharp mod, hydraulic roller and plan to spin it to 7500rpm myself. Titanium valves are key.
