Ring gap is usually .004 inch gap per inch of bore, but you need to widen it a little since you'll be spraying.
Typical numbers for bearing clearances are .001 per inch of journal. 2 inch journal = .002 bearing clearance.
These are safety factor numbers, and remember one thing. If you run your clearances loose, you'll know it. If you run them too tight, everyone will know it.
