too tight bearing clearence!!!

i got like 18 on the rods what should i do they are standard bearings

On my GN motor, we targeted the rods at 1.5 to 1.8, and the mains to 1.8 to 2.0. We had to build those extra tight or they would lose oil pressure it idle, though.

A machine shop should charge you less than an hours time to mic the crank and check your bearing clearance. Don't trust your motor to platigauge. If it turns up being too tight - they can polish a few tenths out of the crank and keep it perfectly straight.
