ls2 question is there any difference in the gto ls2 and the trailblazer ss and are there any differences in the ls2 top end from the ls1? as far as rockers. heads, cam and intake manifold?

LS2 GTO -vs- LS2 TBSS.
Different parts: Manifold, Throttle Body , and possibly the Crank Timing Sensor (GTO's 04 to 06 had the 24x crank sensor). The newer TBSS's might have the 58x crank sensor.
Differences between an LS1 and LS2: heads, manifold, and cam on the topend... with piston's, block, cam timing sensor location, and knock sensor location on the bottom end.
And thats just the general differences.
Manifolds go like this. LS6>LS2>LS1
Heads go like this LS6>LS2 (ls6 has lighter valves)>LS1

you can't really say the ls6 heads are "better" than the ls2
they are the same heads and everything, same size valves, just the LS6 ones have lighter valves, which in the end doesn't really mean much if anything at all.
