Default Are you racing an LS7 block?

I have heard some of the negatives about LS7 blocks, like cracked cylinder walls etc. but I can buy a new one for quite a few $ less than a bored and sleeved LS2. I like the 4.125 bore x 4.00 stroke combination for road racing.
Is anyone racing an LS7 block without problems? Is it all bad with these blocks, anyone have anything good to say?

We have supplied Street Attack and Track Attack LS7s for off-road Baja teams for the last year and a half. They are racing these in the desert and are very hard on them. We have had zero engine failures.

Thanks Jason, That would imply that it's a safe bet to run a LS7 block, LS7 heads, 11:1 with a 248/254 cam in a road race car at 6600 rpm without expecting any block failure. I keep hearing about these cracked cylinders, I'm trying to guess if this is 5 out of 100, or 5 out of 1000. There have to be plenty of ZO6 owners running these cars hard on race tracks.
