Turn the boost up and put it on the dyno like we said before.

Like I told you before I have turned the boost up there is no point. The car has a very slight difference from 4psi to 15psi. Not going to waste money putting it on a dyno for them to tell me something is wrong with it.

Everyone's answer to everything around here is " turn up the boost" or " put it on the dyno"

I have a decent amount of turbo/tuning experience and am needing advice from people with more experience than me.

Anyone have any helpful advice?

Sorry for the attitude but when you put as much time and money into building something like this it really starts to **** you off when it is not working. Exspecially when your asking for help and all you get is smart *** answers.

I would say that your turbo is too small for you, but its obviously not the root of your problem. Even though the turbo is small, you should be making a lot more power.

There has to be something wrong with your tune, and I believe, that this is why a lot of people are telling you to take it to a dyno. Getting a good dyno tune will be worth its weight in gold!

You may be giving it too much fuel, spraying meth too early, or spraying too much meth. Only way for anyone to give you a better answer would be for you to log some street sessions and post them, or just take it to a dyno.

Good luck!

Can you log knock and knock retard? Its sure sounds like the knock sensor or ECU freaking out and yanking timing.

Also, despite it being only part of the possible issue, do a boost leak check. That turbo can give you lots a boost while the BOV leaks.

Ya I have been logging. There is no knock and its holding 14* timing. I am going to do a boost check just to see even though I don't think that is the problem.

I think I have too much lifter pre-load.I was told to just re-use my ls1 pushrods and in my hurry to get the engine done I did without checking pre-load on them.
