Forced Inducted 402 L-92 Problems!

Everyone's answer to everything around here is " turn up the boost" or " put it on the dyno"
I have a decent amount of turbo/tuning experience and am needing advice from people with more experience than me.
Anyone have any helpful advice?
Sorry for the attitude but when you put as much time and money into building something like this it really starts to **** you off when it is not working. Exspecially when your asking for help and all you get is smart *** answers.
There has to be something wrong with your tune, and I believe, that this is why a lot of people are telling you to take it to a dyno. Getting a good dyno tune will be worth its weight in gold!
You may be giving it too much fuel, spraying meth too early, or spraying too much meth. Only way for anyone to give you a better answer would be for you to log some street sessions and post them, or just take it to a dyno.
Good luck!
Also, despite it being only part of the possible issue, do a boost leak check. That turbo can give you lots a boost while the BOV leaks.
