will i make 400??? i cracked a piston 
so im gunna yank the motor out and just replace the piston and just hone the cylinder i dont have the money for a new engine so while my heads are off there 241 heads im gunna have them ported do i think id hit 400rwhp with the ported heads and these mods 2000 Red t/a a4 mods: 3500 stall, 3.73's , 224/224 112 ,underdrive and altenator pulley, pacesetter longtubes and offroad y, magnaflow exhaust, qtp electric cutout, lid, ported and polished throttle body, 160 thermosthat,and free mods

NO! You bettere get a good porter for the heads or better yet a set of AFR 205's would be the way to go. I had a set and gained 47hp on a mustang dyno. your cam is wimpy,real wimpy. If you want more power go with a 228/232 112 or a 232/236 112,with a tune it will drive around town great. With the stock ported heads and wimpy cam you want,I'd say you will hit 370ish hp on a dynojet and350hp on a stang dyno.
Told you Rob. You can not hit 400 on that. The heads being ported mean jack ****, because the intake won't flow them. And you have a relatively baby cam, so it's not doing too much grunt work. HP numbers are useless though, that cam will give you a nice looking curve, you'll have a nice street car.
