What heads for my 422???

What heads for my 422??? like the title says...im pretty sure im gonna go with a 422 instead of a 408...what heads should i get...better yet ...im not too knowledgeable when it comes to stroker cams ....so which cam AND heads should i get??

I see you are in Houston. Greg Good is a very good head porter from Houston and a member here, I would talk to him about your plans and budget.
If you want an off-the-shelf setup, I would look at TF235, AFR 225 or ETP 240 w/ a ported Fast 90/90.
As far as a cam : Cam Motion 246/250 .632/.628 113+3 or 253/257 113+3, with the above heads and 11.5 to 12.0/1 cr will make 550 rwhp/low 500 rwtq.
I've got 853 factory castings Stage 3 ported by MTI and I made 547/513 thru an automatic with the 246/250 Cam Motion on a 116 lsa. A few more cubes is all.
