Cylinder 7 and 8 misfire

Cylinder 7 and 8 misfire So I am about to tune my car and my tuner runs a misfire table on HP tuner and cylinders 7 and 8 are missing but the car sounds like it running on all 8 with no misses and i checked the plugs they look like they are fireing.... so I am going to check fuel pressure and i guess the coils as well, but it seems so odd for the back to to be missing but the car sounds fine. If anyone has any input for me or similar problems fill me in.
