402 compression Just got a used 402 from a member here, it is going to the machine shop today to get freshened, and take care of the few unexpected things found on it. (someone screwed up when honing it, stripped bolt holes, ect) it has an eagle rotating assembly in it. According to the eagle kit # it has 2cc dish pistons. Roughly what size chamber head would be good, dont know what kinda gaskets i am going to run yet. I want to run pump gas with no detonation problems. I am fairly new to the lsx platform engines and am thirsty for info. My goal is to run on motor alone what i run on spray with my stock ls1 (11.3) and then hit it with a 250 shot. What do you guys think of the total seal rings. I know a ton of small block guys that have good luck with these. Also when i got the engine out of the crate i saw the end of the crank snout was messed up. I called the guy and he said he does that to all of them to prevent the balancer from walking. I dont know if it is a problem or not, just concerning to see the crank beat up. Thank you for any input.
