head gasket question

head gasket question so i have to hone my cylinders probably just .005 and im on a 4" bore can i just use stock gaskets or do i need to get some cometic ones? i heard the stock ones work great thats why i was going to go with them but with the hone i wasnt sure. can anyone help? thanks
