How bad is it limited for 1 7/8ths? It's been a while since I've gone under the hood of a Silvy (though I'm tossing around a SSS build up similar to yours or gone boosted)

Yes the 65e is the weakpoint in this setup, but there are a handfull of guys that are making comperable numbers compared to what I will be making and there tranny's have held up quite well. They all use the same builder that I do as well. As of right now, the biggest header available for the ss awd trucks is a 1 3/4".....I will probably be going with a custom 1 7/8 stepped to 2" if kooks will ever get back to me.

0 if possible.....I have been getting mixed reviews on wether or not larger headers would actually net me more power....im beginning to side with the bigger primaries though.

There's always been controversy wheteher 1 7/8's gives you an advantage over then 1 3/4. When I went big cubes, I changed to 1 7/8. Seems like all the 530+ rwhp strokers all have them, so that's good enough for me.

Dont forget about fuel. a 340 intank is not going to be sufficient much longer.
