Default 6.2 bare block price

what is a reasobale price because someone wants to sell one for 850 and i am concerned something might be wrong for that price. i am a ls1 guy trying to get into the 4.00 bore world

I've got one for sale for around that price. the bores were cast are slightly off center, but it is fine for a 4.080 bore.

i got one off ebay. for 800. the front main has a -.001 of a lip on the very inside, shouldnt hurt ne thing though. just make sure of what u are buying

i think we are looking at the same one. the guy said he has 5 left. it has a lip on the first main journal. but i offered him less then what you did.

no not yet. still figuring what i want because i really cant spend that much right now. i hate christmas. but i did talk to my tuner and we settled on a 4.075 bore, 4.100 stroke, tony mamo worked AFR 225cc heads and 90mm setup, solid lifter with big *** cam , and 560-570 to the ground through my m6. then nitrous come later
