921 Springs-inners broken-

921 Springs-inners broken- Comp 921s-Lift very close to .65 but not over.
The outside springs are fine. The inners are breaking.
These springs have less than 200 miles on them. I found peices in the pan when I changed the break in oil. Pulled the covers and sure enough there are more than one broken on the flat part of the spring where it seats.
Car was never rev'd over 3000.
What could cause this? I did not do the install so be gentle. I need to know where to look to figure out if this was a botched install or a bad temper on the spring.
