i am still up in the air on whether to go with these heads or not. I am scratching plans to get ported LS6 heads. Now it looks like either trickflows or AFR's. Which do u think be a better bet for a stock cubed LS2

Yes, we have a program to clearance the heads for Harland Sharp's rocker arms. The cost to machine a pair of heads for the clearance runs $40.00 per pair. The rest of our L92 pricing is listed on our website.

I've got a set of L92's that another vendor did, it looks like they used a drill bit What do you charge to just CNC a set..assuming they didn't screw them up too badly?

Kevin this motor would be on alcohol, so I would have an unfair advantage over you pump gas guy's.

If Richard saw results from widdling the guide bosses down, I'm sure they'd be done that way.

Yep, about a 3 to 1 burn ratio from alky to gas. So in a 25 lap main on a 7/16 mile track they will go through roughly 15 to 20 gallons of alky($3 per gallon last year). The trade off is the extra octane and the cooling properties that help add 20 to 25% more power on average. At 5300 ft. we need all the power we can get to offset the loss of air density(roughly 20% less HP).

I went to UNM for 2 years while my knees healed up from motocross and ran at a small oval track outside the city sometimes. Tiny little jets in the carbs to make any power. Probably 30% smaller than we would run at sea level.

I know everyone has their own theory's and to each their own. You see thousands of other professional head porter's do it, so maybe he's on to something new

If that were always the case we would all be driving Mustangs, b/c there are millions out there that everyone seems to have.

Bump for a great product. Hope ya sell tons of em Richard.
The engine is going together. Should have results end of the month. We're using a super secret, custom grind cam that was speced out by the cam witch doctors. We (the witch doctors) used a crystal ball and a weegee (SP) board.
Seriously though, its a fairly mild cam, even less than what WKMCD is running.

Thanks a ton for all your feedback Ed. I look forward to following up on how this engine project turns out. Nice choice on the cam too.
