will these heads work? i just picked up a nice set of ported 5.3 heads with 2.02in and 1.57ex valves PRC 650 lift,titanium retainers..but they are milled.030, here is my question i have a comp cam 232 236 duration 598lift on a 112lsa..will i have to get my pistons fly cut or will it work..around what will my compression ratio be? and i was told that i would still use the 7.4in push rods..and how much of a difference will they make over my stock 853 castings?

I have Dart heads which were slightly closer than the 853's i took off, and my cam is very close to yours duration wise but i am running more lift asyou can see, i have had no problems. HTH.
