Default LS3 Block prep?

Hi Guys, just got my LS3 block delivered last week and will be assembling in the near future. Today i cleaned up the sharp edges on the casting, around the bottom of the bores, and any other bits that looked particularly rough, the block is 4.070 bore that has been torque honed. Is there any thing i can do more?

Rough casting anywhere the oil drains back. Make sure all the oiling galleys are clean of trash. Blow out & clean bolt holes. Any sharp edges that can cut you when working on it. LOL

I like to run a dingle ball hone through the lifter bores just to knock out any burrs that may have resulted from machining the oil passages. That and deburr and file the sharp edges around the main saddle where the caps sit, and the holes for the main bolts/studs usally have burrs that need to be tended to.

Thats about all I can think of.

The L92 blocks we have received imperatively needed to be line honed
