Default LS2 Timing Chain Dampener

Does anyone have a template or diagram for machining a block for the ls2 timing chain dampener (tried to get an ls1 dampener but nobody has it). The only info that i currently know is that the center to center distance for the bolt holes are 1.762, but i need information on where to position the holes, like the distance from the crank and camshafts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Another option is to make one if your block is already drilled.
