Default Manley pistons ?'s

After reading thru several posts regarding piston material and shape, I'm curious about what the experienced LS engine builders here think of Manley pistons. I have a set for my 427 stroker and want to know if they're a good piston to run or if I should look for something else.
Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

I have the same pistons and was wondering the same questions after reading about piston rock and all that stuff. Only difference is I plan on using nitrous with them. I've seen a few different people using these pistons and scoggin dickey sells them in there engines. Hope somebody has so good info for us.

Mahle fan here. They are the OEM supplier and seem to have a few oil control and fit advantages. Never a problem.
Diamond has some hefty FI pistons but they are comparatively heavy for NA.
