I went with ETP heads and a FAST 90, but I am also an auto.
500 rwtq is going to be difficult to get...
With that said the advantage of the 416 is clearly in the torque department. There are some 402's out there making close to the same HP but lacking the torque.
I have not been able to run the N20 yet, ran into some frustrating issues with the install that is being worked out now.

Even though my 402 isnt complete yet... If I could so it all over again, I would go with a 418... I only went with a 402 because it would take 6 weeks longer to get my 418...
Well now its been 4 months + ... If I knew I would be waiting this long to build my 402, I wouldve went with the 418 for sure...
it was only $200 more from TSP, + custom pistons $325 more (But who said I needed custom pistons?)
Either way, I wish I still went with the 418 now...

They don't recommend using it with nitrous.
I won't spray it right away because I'll be going from 440rwhp to 520+ so I'll give myself time to get used to it.
I'm actually looking deep into the Weber Racing 416ci LS3 right now. They have a good sale going on.

Yeah good point. There's a lot more left in it I think. The cam is a little on the mild side for this motor (.598/.598 244/244 114lsa). No electric water pump, 1 3/4 headers, and a very safe tune so the motor will last. I can drive it in bumper to bumper Atlanta traffic with the AC on and no issues. I even get around 20mpgs with it mixed driving which is surprising to me.
