If u would have heard what i had said- i had sold him a 99 hard tail dragster- ( that he owns himself) and he races the car that ISU owns- which is the spitzer 91 hardtail dragster that you see in the picture.. So he races on for school- and just bout his own hardtail dragster... see?? Yup - he races at all the Lucas Oil NHRA events with the car pictured with the ls7 motor.. - paid in full from ISU..
Go re read your original post. You call the School car "his" car. YOu also said that he and his crew are sponsored by the school.
I saw the car at the PRI show in december. I had the oppotunity to meet several of the students at the previous PRI show. Very nice people and a good program.
While it's cool that the school has the LS7 in a dragster your original post was in error.

So...me being from the UK, i cant understand who/what funds this eg government or privately funded. just interested, as when i was at skool we had a knackered ol lawnmower as the actual item of study. Like i say just curious, ya know culture study..
