NEED ls2 COMPUTER HELP!!!

Speed inc put a tune in it and its fucked up.. i have a new tuner putting in a tune but it currently will not accept a tune.. it first says "vcm cannot be found"

i am only saying that as i am yet to have a issue with all my dealings with speed inc-

LS2 . Must tuners are having challenges with LS2, LS7s and Now LS3 software.
