Default L92 Valvetrain Questions??????

Hi, I am gathering up parts to have a forged 376 cube LS3 put together for the street. I know nothing about valvetrains! I have a new in Box LS3 Cam with mid 230/240 Duration & under .650 lift, a new pair of L92 heads, stock solid valves & a nice, used set of LS1 Lifters & Rockers (I know I will have to replace the Intake Rockers). What is the right way to go.....run the stock rockers.....have them upgraded by Harland Sharp......run Crane Pro Series Shaft Mounts or Something Else? Also, What Springs, Retainers.......Patriot Gold......Comp 921's.......PAC 1518 Premium Nitrided Beehive LS1's. please help...... I am not cheap but want value & longevity! Thanks!

IIRC, PAC 1518 is what Ed Curtis (the man on L92's) recommends. He has a company but I dunno if he's a sponsor here. As far as the rockers, several L92 setups in GTO's have had success with Yella Terra's.

I would run a dual spring setup in my opinion with that kind of cam profile and lift, and far as rockers, the stockers should be fine for you.

Make sure the pistons are relieved for the L92 valves.
