Default LGM C7 Long Tube header testing underway.

Hey guys,

Little late posting on here but we have been up to our necks in testing on the new C7.

Car arrived to us last Thursday and promptly went on the dyno for baseline runs, quick trip to Cars and Coffee then on the lift for modifications!

There will be a number of header kits made for the car and you are getting a first look at just one of the firsts. Wheels, suspension and more on the way soon!!!

BASELINE STOCK WITH 31 miles on it.

First set of test headers

Looking forward to what she puts down with those headers, Anthony. These LT1's already have a nice, broad torque curve!

i've noticed on a lot of C7 dyno graphs that they're all over and done with at around 6,000 rpms. Is this the redline? or just where people are making pulls to?

Factory redline, once the car is warmed up, is 6700. I pulled the car to 6500-6600

Y'all should get rid of y'all slip fit connector crap and move onto something more worth of such a high quality header. I have had lg stuff on my 5th gen and my c6z and the slip fit crap gets on my nerves.

Pretty sure most of the other header builders use vband or ball and socket stuff.

Just a suggestion

The slips have always been there on these for flow and ground clearance.

The C7 chassis presents it's own issues and things will change on some aspects of the headers.

If you haven't seen....it's on the dyno now.

You know more than I do. Figured you had your reasons. Results look good.
