Default Frame size of 2014 Impala SS

Thinking of a possible future project. Would a 57 Chevy Bel Air two door hard top body fit on a 2014 Impala SS frame? Thanks, Malvin

Considering that a 1957 Bel Air is body on frame construction and a 2014 Impala is Unibody construction, I am going to go with no. At least given and reasonable amount of effort and cost.

I doubt it. Assuming you did try, it would be so much fabrication involved, it would be too costly. You could get a far superior and better handling aftermarket chassis for cheaper than you think. An aftermarket chassis would be lots better than a stock 2014 GM chassis. Although it's 2014, let's not forget it's still factory/stock. I highly recommend Street Rod Garage. They've built me a chassis and I'm 100% satisfied. You can't beat an aftermarket, fully CNC'd chassis for $7k. You can get all the C4 suspension stuff off of Ebay for next to nothing.
