LT4 Supercharger on LT1
LT4 Supercharger on LT1 Hello, just wondering if anybody has seen this swap done as my friend is tossing around the idea of putting an LT4 blower on his 2017 Camaro SS M6. From what we've gathered it seems like a pretty straight forward swap, but we all know there's things we run into on these types of projects that were not considered or thought about. There are direct pull off kits on ebay including the balancer, pullies, water pump for the intercooler and misc brackets. While making a list we are also wondering if an LT4 fuel pump can be swapped in without major modification either. Thanks for any feedback.
Better off buying the complete setup from Weapon X or ADM performance. Price is in the 4500-5k range for everything needed to do the swap. LT4 fuel pump and injectors are a direct swap. You will also want to swap the low side pump with a ZL1 unit if you are going to change the high side...the low side usually runs into issues first.
