L96 exhaust Hi guys I'm swapping a l96 into my 07 Tahoe.i know I'm getting a tune,chai and 1-7/8 headers.my question is what size exhaust would be better 2.5 or 3in exhaust with true duals.ive heard the excalade come with 2.75 exhaust from the factory so I wouldn't think 3in would hurt since it's a 6.0

Escalades did not come with dual exhaust. Had to have been 2.75 single, unless you are talking about the pipes before the merge.
Usually it was about 3" single after the merge. A dual 2.5" will be plenty for a 6.0 in a truck state of tune.
BTW this is in the wrong forum. L96 is a Gen IV, not Gen V
