Ignore the exhaust leak, thatll be fixed once the jeep is solid, but when the jeep runs for a few minutes, I start to hear this noise. The noise happened when I revved her up for a second in the video but if I let it idle, it'll still happen though.

Where is it coming from?

 

Underneath. Didnt isolate it yet because I didn't want to damage anything. Ill turn it over and isolate.
