Default 2017 Sierra 5.3 with Magnuson

I am a little bummed the truck runs well but I wanted more from the Supercharger install ... it I swap in a 6.2 does it require a new harness ? I would not think so but Ive hear a 5.8 to 6.2 swap is a big deal,, (need harness and petal and a host of other things)

**** it you want more power add a 100 wet shot, or go full on turbo build

Add a tenth inch lift, 20 degrees camshaft duration, and shrink the blower pulley 15%..... You'll run right out of tires quick.

Follow up on this thread... New build incoming... l83 .005 over with Diamond pistons and H beam rods, Ported by GPI stock heads, BTR Positive displacement blower cam stage 1, Circle D converter 3K stahl
LT4 injectors and HP pump, Walbro in tank pump. Heads studs and 12- 15 pounds ob boost coming in Hot.

Don't quit see the point in putting diamond pistons in a motor your running 12-15 pounds in. That's not alot of boost buddy. Cam, fuel system, pulley, ported heads, and stall would of done you plenty justice.

i had about 003 taper in the bores of the used motor I bought. so I went with drop ins that I got coated.. so yeah a little over kill but I have no problem paying for 'future' proofing the motor. the motor i am taking out will have 40K on it when it comes out.. so i vill probably build that mostly stock.
