the new LT1 heads and LS7 block

will the new LT1 heads accept LS7 block?

is the the new LT1 block the same as LS7 block or different?

No, its completely different. I think only 2-3 parts were carried over to the lt series.

as a bolt on, no. however.. it depends on the placement of the new heads' bolt holes. the dowl placement points would need to be changed but i do not know how the rest of the bolt holes would fair. yes, the lt1 shares very little but it does share a very similar 4 bolt per cylinder setup.
