Default Lt1 dowel pin holes

Hello!

Does anyone have the dimensions of the dowel pin holes on some 12620214 lt1 heads?

I’d like to do the Ls/Lt hybrid combo and I’m struggling looking at the ~$600 Tick Performance jig setup. My feeling is I could sort it with the machine shop if I had the proper dimensions.

Thanks for any assist

You could buy a set of dowels, close them up and measure that OD. Would get you in the ballpark. I have used the same dowels for LS and LT applications

Yep, the actual dowel pins are identical. The challenge is the proper strategy for drilling new counterbores in the heads for them to fit into. There must be a setup and size that accomplishes the same thing for way less than a $700 bit/jig for just a couple of them. Hoping someone has a way that has worked for them that they’d share.
