complete engine drive train package?
complete engine drive train package? I'm looking to replace everything in my car at 200K miles. has 185 as of now. starting my search for products and want to know who can do this all in a pckage and for the best price.
What the car is used for:
This will be my daily driver, driven about 15-20K per year.
I want to have a nice well rounded package for both the street AND strip. wont be at the drags every weekedn or really every month. maybe 3-5 times per season is all, if that even.
would like to eventually spray the motor on a 200-250 shot so it will need to be built for it right from the start.
would like a decent lope to it at idle and a nice long flat curve on the dyno.
most likely going to have a iron LQ4 block maybe punch it out .040. exact specs are still up in the air at this point.
trans: automatic and will stay auto. need something stout that can handle the abuse and keep running strong. motor alone i was hopeing to see 450-500 w/o gas, with the gas around 675-700. but again, that still in the air depending on motor setup.
rear end i think ive made a pretty good decision on the S60, more than strong enough and will handle everything i have to put thru it.
4 channel, abs, with what ever diff that suits my mostly street but strong strip needs. i'm thinking 3.90 gears as well, has a nice sound to it.
If possible I'd like to get everything from one individual sponser here but how ever i get the best price is the way ill go.
