Looks like 13 people so far and some people want more than 1.

Some people did not specify size and whether you need just the plate or the whole cutout with the plate.

Heres what I have so far from this post:

2. pipelayaz ?
3. pewter01SS ?

6. B.W. ?
7. Z28_theanitrice ?
8. joshtownsend ?
9. bww3588 (2) (plates or Assy's?)
10. FRDnemesis (1) 4" ASSEMBLY

Guys, QTP said they do not allow GP of there stuff. Its not that expensive to begin with. In my experience GP never warrant the time or effort for a couple of bucks off.

Okay, I know the majority of everyone wanted the QTP, but as we have heard, QTP does not allow GP's.

So Jon at Speed Inc. has stepped up and offered to give us a GP on the DMH. Here is the message he sent me.

The DMH are great. We have never had a problem.

We need 10 or more orders and we can take $20 off the price. If they want

the price they have people call in to be placed on the list here. Last day

is October 6th. They will ship out shortly after that date.

$179.99 for the 3" Electric Cutout
$199.99 for the 3" Electric Cutout w/ Flowtech Cutout

as listed on Speed Inc.'s site

I will most likely go in on this deal since I was going to buy a DMH anyway...anyone else?

Wow that sounds like a great price. Pay for more for a discounted DMH than a every day QTP price.
3" Valve $154.99
3" Valve with Stainless Steel Cutout(not painted mild steel)-$199.99
A better piece and its still less expensive.

yea the DMH is more expensive but it would only be $5 more than the QTP with the GP. The DMH comes with a 4 year warranty too. Unless Ive been looking in the wrong place I couldnt find anything about a warranty on the QTP

DMH makes them from 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4" and even ones listed to fit the borla system. but I have no clue if Speed Inc sells more than just their advertised 3"

After several hours of searching everypage of the external engine thread (I know I have too much time on my hands ) I have seen at least a few people reporting that their QTP has crapped out on them. As for the DMH I only remember 1 person saying theirs quit working and they had it exchanged for a new unit under the 4yr warranty.
