Someone really wanted a 90/90 setup, and was desperate to get rid of the 78. I pulled the trigger like whoa.

The plugs and coolant lines are necessary to mount the LS6 intake to the motor. Your stock coolant lines run front to rear under the intake which won't clear the LS6. You will need EGR Blockoff plates, just make yourself a set. It's too easy to do!

I beg to differ. I ground the ribs down and it fit just fine. They will fit, you just have to do a little extra work.

I got mine from a Tech member used for $300. It's off of an 04 GTO. It was the missing piece to my bolt-on puzzle.

People don't do comparative shopping. You could price one at 600$ and someone would still come along and buy it.

Well my guess since the f-body is no longer in production for SLP to modify(early WS6 & SS)and the newer GM models now have the LS2/7 why should they continue to stock LS1/6 inventory. Plus they have expanded to other current vehicles like the Mustang and Charger and SUVs.
