99 Trans Am Transmission

I am trying to figure out what kind of shifter I have in my 99 Trans AM. Most after market shifters have two screws to attach to the base of the shifter, but mine is a sold piece that attaches to the base of the transmission. can any one help me out on what i need to do to get a shorter shift lever.
