Post Holden Commodore Ve SS

I have a ve ss commodore (L77) got a service centre to install, cam vcm 532, 2.5 inch cat back exhaust with extractors and over the radiator intake and had run on the dyno.
I have had a problem of the gears in triptronic mode as it is an auto not selecting at times when pushing the stick backwards.
I have taken the car back, the guy said he did a firmware update and played around with the gears.
Next day drove the car no longer than 1 hour and car stalls when it came to a stop. Engine light glowed.
Went back the guy had no clue so he disabled the warning light.
Engine light error message was throttle closed.
From then the car still doesnt shift but light rare thing maybe every 50 times.
Car also lowers power to stall, doesnt stall because another tuner installed a throttle software to hold the revs.
Car feels that at times has reduced power.
Car raises idle whenever it feels like it.
The lifters make noise whenever the car changes noise sometimes but not always.
Car starts shaking to stall when I have the aircon on at times.
Car smells like petrol and burns more than normal fuel at times.
The gears feels at times that they have not fully disengaged by the clutch in Drive mode.
When I reverse and then go to Drive mode at times the car loses power(energy) feels like it will stall.
Car also here and there in Park mode.
All these problems are intermittent
Before I took the car back for gears not changing, and they did a firmware update and played with the gear settings the car did not feel like the car had any other problems since I was driving it for over a week and felt normal.
Even though I have gone to another tuner the same problems are still their even though the car feels different to drive.
Does anyone have any clues on what the problem could be.
