Is there going to be a host hotel for this event, like what the shootout has? If not what is the best one to stay at?

John, Due to limited parking space at hotels will the track be secure each night where we could leave the trailer and car?

Good question PRO AUTO. I'm thinking they will have a security guard at the gate, and would check over a person's drivers lic if they attempt to leave with a car or trailer.

I'm working on a cheaper hotel right now, I might be able to get a block of rooms at the Best Western since the owner is my wife's great-aunt... $59 per night.

Cool beans, i still got to book my hotel room. I plan on drivin up on thursday and staying till late sunday, will be waitin on the info about the best western.

Were any rooms put on hold at the Holiday Inn or the Best Western for the event? When trying to get reservations on line it tells me that there are no reservations left.
