You might be right on the edge of the roll bar rule. You can run all the way down to 11.50 with no roll bar or harness needed (an approved helmet is required by most tracks though).
You don't need a fire jacket above 11.50 either unless you're running a blower, turbo or nitrous, if so then you'd need the jacket even for 12s or 13s.
Your 7.38 corresponds roughly with the 11.40-11.50 range in the 1/4 mile so you could easily just add some weight/run a full tank of gas and stay just over roll bar territory and you should definitely attend/enter this awesome event.

thanks thats good news. I will be there then, put in for vacation last week. Ran it in some cooler weather the other nite and it ran a 7.30 but I will add some weight and slow it down to 11.50 if it run faster. So how do I sign up?

An easy way to slow the car down is alter your shift point also... 200-300 rpm lower shift point can make a bit difference depending on the whole package.
