Default LS Fest Future?

With the NMCA no longer having events at Beech Bend I have to wonder if the Future of the event is in question?
The rumer was that the NMCA would not run the event for Holley in the future. The NMCA schedule is out and the LS Fest is no longer a points event in the series.

So only the Three Events are points events....LS Fest will be just a stand alone race with no bearing on the LSX Challnge points series now?

After the largest and most successful fest yet it has been cut by the NMCA from there series. I am sure the Fest will be even bigger and better in 2014 than this year but it is sad to see the series drop to three races.

Yea most definetly. I havent had as much fun as i had with these guys ^^^ in a very long time. The spot is perfect and the town appreciates the people that come from all different types of places.

Well this may make my decision easier. I may opt out for the 2014 LSX series depending on how this news continues to develop. It sounds like to me some folks have no issue with the LS series going away. The answer was not to reduce the number of races it was to schedule the races at better tracks with a more balanced schedule throughout the year!

Also maybe they are not interested in helping with the Fest because they are not getting as much of the proceeds as they are at other races/tracks.

LS Fest is the best event and that is the one I will attend!!

ive questioned the event being moved, just coming from the fact that beech bend is busting at the seams during the peak day saturday....i love it but wouldnt suprise me if they left, for a bigger venue.

I really can't see holly moving from their home track. They have the ability to handle more cars and spectators. NMRA from 10 years ago was bigger.

BG just needs to do a better job with the prep. It was bad 4.5 of the 5 days I was there this year.
