TX member Sup, I was searching around and found this site. I am looking for an answer that kinda leaves me like...wtf!!!???
I bought a 6.0 out of an 02 2500 with all accessories and harness. I bolted it to the tranny i have, but heres the q's.
Can i use a 4l60e and run it with no problems shifting and down shifting?
Can it be tuned?
And if so, are the connectors the same on the pre 97's and newer 4l60E's.
I have searched and only found that it has been done and there may be something that has to be done internally, but not sure.
I know the tranny wont hold very long stock, but i can build it later. Just wanna make sure its possible.
Sorry for the q's in my first post already but i really need to know something by this w/e.
